A Comissão do Esporte realizou audiência pública para discutir o Projeto de Lei 936/2024, focado no direito de preferência de entidades formadoras na contratação de jovens atletas. O debate buscou equilibrar a proteção aos investimentos dos clubes com a liberdade profissional e a autonomia dos desportistas no ecossistema esportivo nacional.
