Presidente - Sindicato de Saúde do Espírito Santo
Hello, welcome. I didn't bring slides just to try to guarantee a minute. I want to thank all the plenary, thank you to our deputado Gilson. I want to say that we are moving very together in terms of the issue of the agents. I want to thank you, Ilda. And to fortalecer, we are here asking for the other deputies to submit requirements. and also the other deputies, in our state. The only one who made the request was the Gils, who made the first request. So it's important that and the other deputies that didn't do it, because the struggle is not one, it's all together. and say that when they say that the question of the budget, the category, this is the investment category. Everything is investment, because when it amplifies the quantity for agents, for a contract, it's increased, it's more children, there's more people coming from state to state, and we just see the category... to be carried out the whole time. So, it's important that the Ministry of Health, I have this look with regard to more contracts. I want to say that in my state, in the past election, I was a member of the first supley deputy federal. So, I didn't have the opportunity to occupy this career here with the other deputies. I am the first supley deputy federal. And in this election, we have to increase the number of women. In our state, we only have three women deputies. And there are 30 vagas, and I'm competing as a first woman in the House of the Legislative of the State of the Espíritu Santo. I'm going to increase the number because there we are competing with the equality. So, that women come more to fight, that they concur in their states and in their municipalities. We need to get to 50% and not 30%. - Thank you.
