I Good afternoon, I'm Ellen Piedade. I start today. Hello, I'm very happy, really. Last year I was here, I had the pleasure of being able to contribute and participate. And I believe that I brought, initially, question Key. which made us look for the event itself and understand how we could do it. how we could expand the diversity and inclusion within It's the seminar, right? I question how many black women were part of our lineup of the panelists. And this year, in a very conscious movement of amplification and of the collective, and of looking for our diversity, we have a list so full of so many women, so diverse women, and that includes, that so much, the black feminism. And I'm very happy because this has everything to do with who I am and with the country that I defend and that I believe, in a March with so many negative data, with a reality so difficult for us women. Who is Ellen? I am a daughter, a daughter, a daughter. I'm Tia, I'm a political scientist, I'm a Biomi. I'm part of a collective, and I'm here for this collective, which is the Association of Bayomies and Negro Juristas. which is a women's association that already are in the federal administration, that already are part of the justice system. but they realized that they were so alone. And they began to seek other women. And since that's our mission, our goal is to opportunity that other women, that other people negras, occupy spaces. that other people like me occupy spaces and diversity be by presence, not just by representation. So I bring Biomi, which is association where I'm part of but that translates a lot of what I hope, I believe, and I want to translate. I think that in our first talks, both with Ana Maria, with Andrea, with the deputy Erika, we have so much content that only shows how we, women, with the pardon of the word, we are f*cking. Everyone already has a lot, we already have a lot of synthesis and elaboration, all the discussion, all the pautas that we thought, of a way, with excellence. to prove that we could occupy the same spaces that the men, white, black, etc. And I say: "How can I contribute, after so many names and so many women, so many older women, so competent, so intelligent, that translated so well, so much of what I would say, not? So, of our causes, so the importance of the public policies, of health, education, and security, not? And then I bring a little bit of my experience in the federal administration, I am a public federal, I am a public federal, too, and my niche of acting in the combat of racism and the promotion of a black femininity in institutions. It's a invitation to think a little bit about how we can create, promote, a world institution, but diverse and inclusive. Because we want a world more inclusive and inclusive. And we can see between us, we are all women here, We have almost all of them, we continue to bring men together. but women with greater literacy, and I don't have any doubt that they already understand the importance of diversity, of having more people talking about themselves, about their groups, Notably, we are women who have reached many institutions. especially the state. And how individually, how in micro I can impact these spaces? And then I thought a little bit about my trajectory, right? I am a public servitor since 2018, I was created for this, it is part of the ascension of my family. I am the first, I am the first, I'm from a family of many women, so I think that the machismo has less space to limit us, and that it seems to have been created a little bit to be a woman more men, to be a woman more woman. And I had the opportunity, for example, in a Bayomi, to be able to cultivate my feminine and let it be more spaces for me. But, with this, I'm in administration since I'm very new, so I've been through all the exclusions possible, in the administration, to be a senior and eternally the cleaning woman, or what you're doing here because you don't have a look of who works here. or your hair is dirty, why not you're not licking it? So, I've been through situations where I was talking with women who said, "We are the same, why are you talking about this?" I was white, and I didn't understand why I was divulging the diversity and the importance of those forums, having different people, as well as the ones, being less elitist. But today I have, maybe I have attracted, I don't know, majoritariamente feminina, very diverse and with women... very progressist for the country. Today I am at the National National Transparency and Access to Information, from the Controladoria-Geral Union, and we are assessor as all women, and diverse women, and I am not the only woman black. And we talk a lot about this, about how to transform spaces, where we are going to be, how to compose these teams, women's team, how to not punish other women, I also have a mother, but I have been in a only women. in the small and large team, also 60 women, who discussed Why women can't emend férias and maternities? because it's prejudiced work. or licenses, forms of punition. And the importance of taking the cargo of women who are pregnant, because they will be away for a long time, and will ruin the work. Because they are the ways that the machismo is a bit of a person. So we need to think about that. So, to be in a new space and have had the opportunity to form different teams and look for the singularity and diversity, and include it formally, is essential. So, I wanted to talk about this today, about bringing this reflection. about how we can create institutions, make part of institutions especially us that we can reach many of these islands, we are either the only chef, the only guest or as few, and how we can transform these spaces, institutionally, even because in these spaces, naturally, We are violent, persecuted. So, we are women, black and black, who need to support us. And we are here, as a signaler of our intention, our activism, our desire to be military and transform these spaces. the need to increase our representation in political spaces. It's a lot of people here talking about But we need to breathe and enter these fight. And I believe that we, here today, are these women that are giving a face to face and that want to face these battles, that today we can choose to face these battles. because not all can choose this today, in their reality.
