And which I am all the host of the Tunes. I would like to start with my colleagues and all of them. the relatives of the victims of this country. Eh... I would like to welcome you to the President of the United States of America. that is the session, and the Sra. Deputy Vice, the President of the Human Rights, Minority and Racial Rights Commission, and the proposal of this meeting, that is affirming the importance of the dialogue between the Parliament and the civil society in the construction of a agenda committed with human rights. I'm in the name of the deputy, all the people present in the way presencial and virtual. I am a professor Diana Nussensang, vice president of Abrasmo and integrant of the GTI Racism and Health. and I'll make my audio description. I'm a black woman, 44 years old, medium-sized, hair crisp, and short. I'm using a blanket blanket and a black jacket, a black jacket and a black headset. I speak in name of Abrasco, the Brazilian Association of Health and I bring the greetings of our president, Professor Romulo Paes. Abrasca is a scientific and political entity who has more than four decades, has been working on the defense of the right to health as fundamental human rights. its trajectory is deeply linked to the fight for democracy, for the consolidation of the SUS and for the confrontation of social, ethnic, racial and territorial issues in Brazil. From the collective health point of view, it is important to affirm that there are no human rights without the guarantee of the right to health, and there is no health without the confrontation of ethnic, racial, racial, and territorial issues. or not, there is no health without facing structural inequalities that mark the life of the black, indigenous, and the indigenous peoples of the land. In this sense, we highlight the national national health policy of the black population as a fundamental instrument for the institutional racism in the health system. Even so, its implementation is a challenge, especially in what is referring to training professionals, to production of knowledge and the effective incorporation of ethnic and racial equity in health care practices. We also highlight the importance of other marks, such as the National Health Policy of the Indigenous Peoples. However, it is urgent to advance in a more consistent way in the consolidation and effecting of the national health policy of the Colombian population. The approval and effective implementation of this policy represents a fundamental step in the recognition of the specificities, the ways of living and the historical conditions of the vulnerability of the quilombolas communities. It is not only about expanding access to health, but to guarantee the care that respects territories and savoirs, and traditional practices. In this way, we understand that this Commission can have a strategic role and recommend. to strengthen the political incidence for the consolidation of national policy of the entire health of the population. Monitoring the implementation of the equities of health policies, facing institutional racism in health services. And promoting the intersetorial articulation between health, human rights and education, in the perspective of providing a training of health professionals committed to anti-racist health practices. Finally, we reaffirm that the construction of a common agenda should be from the active discussion of social movements and of historically marginalized populations, recognizing us as central subjects in the production of solutions and in the defense of life. a abrasive study at the disposal. to contribute to this collective process, and thank you for the invitation and space. Thank you very much. Thank you.
