O evento "PLENÁRIO" foi marcado por intensos debates legislativos e embates ideológicos entre oposição e governo. Os principais temas incluíram denúncias de corrupção, como o caso do Banco Master, discussões sobre a estrutura do Judiciário — especialmente a criação de cargos no CNJ — e o fortalecimento das forças de segurança. Além disso, foram votadas pautas sobre direitos humanos, proteção aos idosos e valorização da cultura nacional, como o reconhecimento da poesia do Pajeú.
