Thank you. Good evening, Presidente and all the colleagues of the parliament. I'm going to talk about a law that I have been protocoled in this House in March. this month, which is, among the several commemorative dates, the month of the consumer. And see that the Lei 8.078, of 11 of September, 1990, that is about the relationship of consumption in Brazil, Ella It is a law that is a reference to the world in relation to the defense of consumers, but I feel there that there is a legislative lacuna that needs to be sanated, that is the absence of mentioning the name PROCON within the Code of Protection and Defense of the Consumers. I, before I was a deputy, I was a public servant, who was a public servant, who was a concursator in the Mato Grosso state of PROCON, it was inimaginable we continue with a law in which this organization, that empowers so many brasileers in the day-to-day in the Brazilian market market. If they don't resolve, I will be able to use the PROCON, that we don't have this, this, this, today, consolidated within the Code of Protection and Defesa of Consumers.
