Thank you. Good evening, Presidente and all the colleagues of the parliament. I'm going to talk about a law that I have been protocoled in this House in March. this month, which is, among the several commemorative dates, the month of the consumer. And see that the Lei 8.078, of 11 of September, 1990, that is about the relationship of consumption in Brazil, Ella It is a law that is a reference to the world in relation to the defense of consumers, but I feel there that there is a legislative lacuna that needs to be sanated, that is the absence of mentioning the name PROCON within the Code of Protection and Defense of the Consumers. I, before I was a deputy, I was a public servant, who was a public servant, who was a concursator in the Mato Grosso state of PROCON, it was inimaginable we continue with a law in which this organization, that empowers so many brasileers in the day-to-day in the Brazilian market market. If they don't resolve, I will be able to use the PROCON, that we don't have this, this, this, today, consolidated within the Code of Protection and Defesa of Consumers. Vale o registro que o PROCON existe desde 1976, com origem lá no estado de São Paulo, um programa de proteção e defesa do consumidor e que foi difundido aí no Brasil ao longo de décadas, né, e que... does a job of education for consumption, does a job of fiscalization, does a job of integration of the organs that protect the consumer in Brazil, they are in the process administrative, apply measures administrative, both of prevention and of repression to illicit in the consumer market. And This is an organization that is in 26 federal units of Brazil, and about 900 PROCONs municipals, which, in the day to day, are a real balcony of the citizenship in the country, doing this atendment and solving problems. We understand that will give, as well, more clarity and transparency in the and exercise the policy of the consumer in our country. I want to take a moment to thank the Dr. Cristiane Weiss, who has been a public service provider of the PROCON, who is now with us here in this and is one of the collaborators for this project to become a reality. I ask the President that this talk is placed in the voice of the Brazil and in the media of this House. Thank you. Thank you.
