Reducing the time between the categories would also make total sense. Our question comes in synergy with what I presented. In relation to the adaptation of our programs, this is our anseio. We already work with young people. We work hard on the professional learning. So we already have a lot of expertise with the formation of young people. And in this sense, we believe that in the current days, the formation The fundamental process is the assessment process. The way people achieve the skills necessary, it is different for each person. Of course, a young man, for some things, will have more facilitation, like the technology, embarcada in a vehicle. For others, maybe he has more difficulty. So, in our view, I would say that it's not easy, but we feel comfortable adapting our programs to be adequate to a new reality and with a change in the age of future conductors proficient. Thank you.
