Amen. I just want to put on the phone. Excellent Sra. Presidenta, Deputada Alice Portugal, Deputada Erika Cocay, Srs. e Srs., Obrigada pelo convite para contribuir com esse importante debate. The Lei n.294 has lacunas, especially in respect to publicity, to protect vulnerable populations, and the coherence with the current scientific evidence, in respect to alcohol, and especially to beer, as the others said before me. To contribute to this debate, I want to talk about my personal experience. I am a woman who suffered violence by alcohol, and I am a woman with alcohol use of disorders. I've never consumed alcoholics for 17 years. Wait a minute, it came here, guys. *shh* I was born in a family where there was no one without a beer event. as happens in many Brazilian families. She is the most consumed, the most desired and apparently inoffensive. For a long time, we didn't know that the family disorder that we lived was potential for the consumption of this food. If I had access to information that we have today, Maybe my story was different. Maybe I didn't have consumed a beer how I consume. Maybe my mother who died of cancer, during the consumption of beer and cigarettes, also had made different choices. And this lack of information, today, is still a challenge for the maintenance of this scenario in most of the Brazilian families. Thank you. For me, for my mother. Beber cerveja, It was synonymous with freedom, autonomy and power. For many brasileers, it is. Exactly because it's a publicity vendida by the industry. But this narrative has consequences I suffered a car accident, I suffered a alcoholism, I neglected my children, And I lived a deep process of a deepened by the disinformation related to the beer. Today, in my family, we deal with mental and emotional consequences that have been through generations. This needs to be considered in this debate. There is a comparison between the consumption pattern and the level of regulatory protection. The beer responds to more than 90% of the Brazilian market. Just the category desconsidered by this law. In his unique paragraph, the advertising of the beer continues widely disseminated, even in a digital environment, with strong appeal to the mothers which, in Brazil, represent more than half of the Brazilian population. and the young people. The consumption of alcohol for women grew up in about 40% in the last decade. here in Brazil. And this scenario starts more early. The National Research Research Research Show indicates that a significant percentage of adolescents experimented alcohol before 14 years. with the men's name. The human brain still is in development until about 24 years, what makes this precoce consumption even more worrying. And the impacts can begin before the birth of the birth. The disorder of alcohol-free alcohol, which is a grave condition, permanent, evitable, including cognitive effects, difficulty learning, alterations comportment along the life, is caused by exposure to the alcohol during pregnancy. Além disso, o impacto do álcool não se limita à saúde individual. Estimativas indicam que são necessários entre 150 e 300 litros de água para fazer páscoa. one liter of beer. In a context of concern about sustainability and water security, We are facing a matter of public interest much wider. This House has the opportunity to update the Lei 9.294/96, connecting scientific evidence and current reality. The most vulnerable populations, minorities, black people, mothers, children and adolescents are the most impacted by the alcohol industry. almost imperatively, by the beer industry. It is not to restrict individual freedoms, but to guarantee the right to information, the health protection and the sustainable development of future generations. To finish, I want to move the topic quickly. And I want to remind, because there is also a relationship We are in the month of anti-manicomia struggle. And I'd like to remember that we also need to compromise this House with the anti-manicomial fight, so that never again, in this country, the genocide that happened for years in the Brazilian hospitals, especially in the Barbacena, in Minas Gerais, where more than 60 million people were killed, most of the black people. we can't do it anymore. Thank you. Thank you.
