A sessão plenária foi marcada por debates sobre segurança pública, com foco recorrente na redução da maioridade penal, além de discussões sobre política externa, gestão da saúde e infraestrutura. Paralelamente, foram realizados procedimentos regimentais para organização da pauta e condução dos trabalhos legislativos.
