Dept. Hibama. President Charles, I'd like to thank your work for the work. I wanted to register here the presence of Professor Thiago, who is Vereador in São Vicente. who has helped, was the most voted for the PSD, my party, the V. Ex. also, and is doing a gigant job, helping the prefeito Caia to transform São Vicente. So I want to leave here, registrado, that the vereador, and today, vereador licenciado, and... the mayor of São Vicente, who is doing a different job in that city, I'll just leave here that Professor Tiago, he came to our cabinet to seek resources to help the President Caio continue to develop the city, to develop and advance the people who need to.
