- I would like to say that the re-structuring... I've been following the re-structuring of the 1990s, there were many cases of suicide at the time, and these new re-structuring that the bank has made, and this last one that you all have related in detail, is built by a policy of vulnerability. do trabalhador of the movement of the sindical and the precarious work. This policy that has been been developed at least 10 years ago, The maximum point is the re-structuring product, but the cause of all this vulnerability is the model of the fear, that is the fear that the colleague resgatou from our research, the fear, the anxiety and the intimidation. this re-structuring, which is already done, or, or, the vulnerability of the syndical movement, that is what happens with the neoliberal rationality, that is what it produces, strategically, and at a certain moment, put a policy. And then people don't have how to react. This is the biggest strategy of the digital capital, and the neoliberal rationality. Or, where we have to attack It's a model of management, because This is the fear that is produced. and effects on workers. So I would like to emphasize that the leaders who are there, today, are implementing all these atrocities, should be responsible. The Banco do Brasil is not an abstraction, it has its history, There is the issue of identity, which is already destroyed, but there are people who are doing this. these people need to be called, need to be responsible for what they are doing. So I wanted to emphasize that fear, intimidation and anxiety are institutionalized by the current management model of the Bank of Brazil, minimally since 2016, and producing these vulnerabilities and precarizations, any re-structuring will be implemented, any way, leaving us without a exit. It won't let, because as Erika said, we won't allow it because we are fighting for years. But the intention of capital in its way of reproducing, today digital, and the rationality neoliberal is to leave us without a exit. So I wanted to complete it and say that we need to fight this fear, because fear is a political strategy that is used to be implemented as economic measures. in the case of the Banco do Brasil. Thank you for the invitation.
