A comissão especial debateu estratégias para a inclusão de pessoas com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) e outras deficiências no mercado de trabalho. O foco central foi o fortalecimento do modelo de emprego apoiado, a qualificação profissional e a importância de parcerias entre o poder público, o setor privado e instituições especializadas.

I am from the Ministry of Social Development, the famous Bolsa Família. We work with almost half of the Brazilian population in the Unicad, they are vulnerable people. and also people from the Bolsa Família who are extremely vulnerable. Well, the secretariat that I work is called CISEC, Secretariat of Inclusion Socioproductive. She is new. It was founded in 2023. So we have three years, practically three years of life, and our main goal is to make a product of people who are inscrites in Cadastro Único. I only work with this type of person, people who are inscrites in the Unicad. because it's like my program works. My program is called "Acredita no Primeiro Passo". - I think it's a good thing. This program works in three aspects: in the Empreendedorism, in the Qualification and in the Intermediation of Mão de Obra. - Thank you. It was created these three days based on the situation of the people of Cadastro Único and distributed in the country. So, for example, we are talking about inclusivity. Dependent of the city, it's a small city, of 10.000, 5.000 inhabitants, I can't have a large portion of them to absorb them. So, the only saída of them is the qualification and the empreendedorism.
