A sessão plenária foi marcada por intensos debates sobre segurança pública, política econômica e o sistema judiciário. Parlamentares discutiram a urgência de reformas no setor de segurança, criticaram projetos de anistia e divergiram sobre as medidas de controle de preços e a gestão administrativa do país.
